P&P: Windows Azure Auto-Scaling Block (Preview)

Patterns & Practices team is working hard to enhance the Enterprise Library with new functionality.

The version Enterprise Library 5.0 will include also guidance on how to auto-scale Windows Azure applications, which really optimizes the dynamic allocation of cloud resources. The beta preview of the application block, called Windows Azure Autoscaling Application Block (WASABi), is available for download, more to follow soon.

Although Wasabi might sound like a part of the Japanese meal , it is a great set of functionality that will be really useful. You can read about this release on the following blog post, enjoy!
