USB Charger for Phone/Ipod from an Altoid Box?!

Aaron Dunlap has built a 9V USB Charger from an Altoid box (minus altoids and plus some basic electronics ofcourse) that can give you upto 10hrs of Ipod Play or more importantly cellphone juice on the go. There have been some previous versions from Chris Diclerico for an Firewire version of the same concept before...

But my question is - with all that battery and circuitry in an Altoid Box - Did my already-overdone security search at the airport jus get more intense?
