Caffeine Incentives for Blogging

The next best thing to giving out XBOX Live licenses or XBox 360s (since we dont give out Nanos here) is gift certificates to Lattes at our Cafeteria. Well to ppl who think I am joking - try working on spreadsheets without caffeine and you know what I mean.

Long story short - the next few wks will see several team members from our teams sharing their voice/experience with various recruiting events they have attended recently and also their experiences with the team. In return - they get a Latte-gift certificate incentive if their article is published :-)

Ofcourse - the offer is always open for potential candidates to ask about the roles we have open - what is required to get in here and what kind of work we do and we shall respond. Infact in some cases I'm planning to get the hiring manager to say a few words too - in a very informal note.

Value is there to be had.... maybe more if some caffeine is involved ;-)
