6 wks away: What happened during my Blog Sabbatical?

SIX Weeks away from blogging and there have been several hallway conversations/ lunch-talks/ emails and several IMs about my "life after blogging"...

The forced mini-sabbatical was indeed to make sure the various moving parts happening here with re-orgs, role changes, newer responsibilities reached a steady-state before I captured any state of progress.

In other words - I'm Back :)

Thank you for all the emails that have been coming in through the blog asking if things were all well :)
