An exciting new version of the service based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 has just been released. This webpage has been designed to help you prepare for the new version and to let you know certain details of the upgrade process.

The upgrade to this new version is included in your current monthly subscription and will be pre-scheduled to take place in the near future. We will be communicating the specific date of the upgrade to the CRM Administrator within your organization. Please contact him or her for more information about the timing of the upgrade.

    How do I upgrade from an On-Premise CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 Online? It has to be an upgrade and not a migration of data as we want to preserve every bit of information. Please advise. Thanks!
