Just because you can, doesn't mean you should...
Jeffrey clarifies the use of logical address usage with WS-Addressing. I ran into this in a spec earlier this week and questioned its usage. Jeffrey indicates that this is not widely supported.
It looks like this is in the spec but few people support it. It seems to me that a purl would be perfectly capable of doing the same thing while staying compatible with implementations (in the short term, anyway).
Have you used logical addresses with WS-Addressing?
