BPMN-XPDL-BPEL relationships
Nathaniel Palmer has a nice (if simplistic) overview article explaining the potential relationships between these specifications. While he glosses over some of the difficulties in mapping BPMN to BPEL, if you're unfamiliar with how these specs might be used I encourage you to read the article (only available in PDF format).
While we're on the topic of relationships I recently gave Richard a quick overview of a possible relationship between WS-CAF and BPEL (see comments at bottom of the page)...
