Windows Networking User group (in Seattle area) is holding their first meeting!
Back on October 8th, I posted about a new User Group getting ready to start up in the Seattle area (https://blogs.technet.com/haroldwong/archive/2008/10/07/seattle-windows-networking-user-group.aspx). Well, Zubair has finally been able to work out all the logistics for the meeting and the group will hold it's first meeting!!! Save the group's website: https://www.winnetusergroup.com/default.aspx.
The kick-off meeting for Windows Networking User Group will be held at the Microsoft's facility in Lincoln Square Center (Bellevue) on Tuesday 11/18/08. The Room number is 15104 (15th floor, room #104). The room is officially called "Lincoln Square/15104-Entai . " The meeting will start at 6:00pm and will last until 7:30pm.
Microsoft is sponsoring the event and we will have some giveaways for the members at the end of the meeting. The agenda will be announced soon so you might want to subscribe to the Announcements RSS feed.
The map to the Lincoln Square Center is available from the Links hyperlink on the homepage. We are excited to get this User Group started and look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
