Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Standby Continuous Replication (SCR)

I've been asked by so many people about one of the new Business Continuity features coming out with Exchange Server 2007 SP1 - Standby Continuous Replication (SCR).  I've answered my share of emails on this topic and just realized that I never made a blog entry to reference some great work that Scott Schnoll (Exchange team) did around this topic.  Back in September, Scott recorded a 5 part video series and it was posted on the Exchange Team Blog.  I want to point everyone to these videos as they answer quite a few of the questions.  If you have already looked at them, please go view them now.
