Hello!

Hello and welcome to my first post on the Empower blog!

As some of you already know (Having received my numerous introductory emails... I will master Outlook one day!), I’ve recently taken over as Empower Programme Manager.

For those who didn’t receive my emails! My name is Danny Cale and I’ve been at Microsoft for about 10 months now. I previously worked with the ISV and SI Partner Account Managers as a Sales Support Agent based here at TVP and I’ve been fortunate to work with people in several key areas of the business and build some great relationships which will prove invaluable in this role. The move to Empower is a natural progression for me working in the ISV space and gives me the opportunity to take on greater management responsibility with our Empower Partner base, which is currently growing at an impressive rate with 10-15 new partners signing up to the programme every week!

It’s been a busy and interesting first couple of weeks... Thank you to everyone who has got in touch so far, it’s been great to hear about some of the innovative products and apps being developed out there. Keep the calls and emails coming!
