Children with special needs given the tools to succeed with Windows 10

From creating dynamic learning experiences, to encouraging collaboration and helping students and teachers stay organised, there’s no doubt that technology is playing an increasingly important role in education. But for special needs children, technology can go a step further to help level the playing field.

That’s why Microsoft recently partnered with Al Noor Training Centre for persons with disabilities in Dubai to upgrade the Centre’s computers to Windows 10. As a result, the children at the Centre are able to work easier and more comfortably thanks to features like Narrator and Speech Recognition, and other compatible hardware like Braille output devices.

Helping children with special needs apply IT in their daily activities is an important step towards our goal to empower every person to do more and achieve more. Read more about our partnership with Al Noor here.
