New System Automation Updates Simplify Order Management and Microsoft Dynamics Certified Software Advisor Fee Claim Process

This updated has been provided by the Microsoft Dynamics Operations Team.

Based on partner feedback, two system updates launched in May making it easier for you to see why your orders are on hold, and making it faster to claim your Microsoft Dynamics Certified Software Advisor fees.

Need to know why your order is on hold? With the systems release in May 2013, you are able to see a new “Order Hold Description” in Order Central that shows the status of your order. This description will let you know the reason why your order is on hold and if any action is required on your part to continue processing. Thus, you will be able to proactively check the status of your orders directly in Order Central and take immediate action when required to speed up processing without having to contact the Operations Support Team.

Save time when claiming your Certified Software Advisor (CSA) fees! With the systems release in May 2013 you are able to see the agreement number for your customers whose product lines were purchased through Volume Licensing in VOICE. As long as you are noted as the Partner of record in the system, you will be able to see these agreement numbers directly in VOICE and will no longer need to contact the customer or the CSA Team to get the agreement number when claiming your CSA fees.
