I just finished reading this article written by Steve Noe, and think it should be more widely read.  I've seen similar missives, but think Steve does a very good job distilling some very important concepts.

    I was thinking up upgrading to Microsoft crm for our timeshare company because we have an old crm program we've been using awhile and is now outdated.  Looks like it will be costly, and am worried about the transition...
