Using OCS with Dynamics CRM Online

One of the great benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is the integration with Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office is so widely used that it's hard to see why you ever chose a CRM system that was not integrated with it. A key benefit is being able to directly access your Office Communicator tools. These tools allow you have collaboration using Internet calls or instant messaging. You can use your Office Communicator with your Dynamics CRM Outlook Client to enable phone calls and instant messaging. You can start communications with any primary contact in your CRM application.

Notice the communicator presence icon listed in the view.

Notice the menu of options that you can access directly from the Dynamics CRM Online Outlook client for your Office Communicator contacts.

You can see what a great feature that is and how it useful it would be to have in your CRM application.
