Updating a Windows Live ID in CRM Online

What happens when you invite a user using their work email address and they have a separate Windows Live ID?  The user will receive the invitation and click on the link to accept and be directed to the CRM Online sign-in page.  If the user attempts to enter an existing Windows Live ID and not the email address to which the invite was sent they will receive the following error.

At this point the user can either associate the invited email address to a Windows Live account or notify their CRM Online System Administrator to update the email address to which they are invited to the active Windows Live ID.  In order to do so the Administrator must open the CRM Online User record, click Actions from the Menu bar and select “Change Windows Live ID…”

The Admin simply need to input the new Windows Live ID and click Submit.

Once this is complete click on Send Invitation to resend the CRM Online User Invitation.  Bear in mind that this invitation will go to the inbox of the new Windows Live ID (not the users corporate outlook environment per this example – unless they have associated that address with a valid WLID which at that point this post would be moot).

Our user need the tool to connect CRM online with Windows Live ID user, but I cannot create the Windows Live ID user in CRM onine to test  the tool. It is very ugly.
