Since 15th of January we have no access anymore to our CRM account.  Microsoft support was able to find out that there is a bug but unable to solve the problem. We had no alternative than to cancel the service. Now we face another problem because Microsoft like to charge us every month for that service although the account was canceled. Please advice. Thank you.
