CRM Live Early Access 2 is here!

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live Early Access program is a limited-access program available to organizations located in the United States and Canada who are looking to accelerate their adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live. To be considered for the CRM Live Early Access 2 program, follow these 3 easy steps:

Step 1

To get started in the Early Access program,

  1. Visit the Microsoft Dynamics CRM website and click on Apply Now, or
  2. Contact our sales team directly at 1-877-CRM-CHOICE (276-2464)

Step 2

Our CRM Live sales team will contact all applicants to ensure you meet the criteria for the Early Access program.

Acceptance into the Early Access program will use the following as a decision-making guide.  Keep in mind that this is a guide and that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales team will use their best judgment in determining the appropriate participants for the second phase of the Early Access program.  The nominated organization must...

  • ...be a “real” company rather than a fictitious organization being used for evaluation purposes only
  • ...be genuinely interested in evaluating CRM Live for their business and be willing to pay for the service when the final product is launched
  • ...be in the US or Canada and be willing to enter a credit card for initial access.  Their credit card is not charged during the Early Access phase but will be used to validate the applicant.
  • And, ideally, they should be willing to be a reference or be used to help us develop customer stories based on their experiences with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live.

Step 3

Organizations selected to participate in the Early Access 2 program will receive an email containing an access Token from the CRM Live sales team.  To accept the invitation:

  1. Visit the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live Signup website, sign-in with a Windows Live ID account or create a new Windows Live ID account.
  2. Enter the 25-digit Product key (token).
  3. Complete the remaining wizard steps to confirm Subscription, Organizational, Contact, and Billing Information

You will receive an e-mail message with the startup instructions for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live!

*At this time, customers interested in gaining access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live early access must work with an active Microsoft Dynamics CRM reseller.
