Access Hoover’s Launches New Version
A new version of Access Hoover's is available that will help you tackle your CRM data quality issues and give you and your clients more creative options for building targeted prospect lists. With this latest Access Hoover’s release (r3.0), you and your CRM clients will benefit from the following enhancements:
- Import Family Tree members and associate accounts to their parent (You must have purchased the Family Tree add-on as part of your Access Hoover’s subscription)
- Import competitor lists
- Import company results as Leads (before you were only able to import them as Accounts)
- “Import All” list maximum increased from 500 to 1,000 records
- New “Add to Marketing List” option
- Duplication logic expanded to check Company Name (exact match) as well as D-U-N-S number field when attempting to ID dupes.
- Duplicate Accounts are now flagged along with duplicate Contacts and Leads.
- For people results from Hoover’s, we now identify possible company duplicates in your CRM (Lead or Account), even if Hoover’s doesn’t have the specific contact names in our database.
