Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration case study published

Needing to be able to grow and change, Heritage Bag, a leading manufacturer of institutional/industrial trash bags and can liners, decided to replace its homegrown business management system with an end-to-end ERP system and chose Microsoft Dynamics AX. Years later, the company then deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM to tackle additional requirements and integrated the two solutions to enable the cohesive management of the business.
