Influence MSF guidance

My colleague, Andrew Delin, is making the process of developing software real for development teams. However, he doesn't want to do it in a vacuum.     Cool, it wasn't intended to be entertaining, but if it was ... bonus :D I guess my working assumption is that there are dev teams out there who may have a process, but aren't happy with it and need guidance. So I would encourage anyone who IS happy with their process to give the feedback to Andrew. I guess I should have been more clear ... but what fun would that be?;)
