Game Design: XAML/DirectX/C++ Game Design Links that I have reviewed
Yeah, I know that I need to be focused on one thing, but I see the linkage between game design and the Internet of Things.
For instance at a conference I attended last week, one of the teams had designed a air launched projectile that responded to Tweets. Now this was basically a creative and excellent example of swiping ideas from others. In this case the team used the Spark.IO samples, and just because it was a “swipe” that doesn’t mean that the team didn’t work really hard to translate the swipe into their own amazing design.
This is the nature of engineering. Now how does this apply to game design? Well, I like stuff that you use in the real world, the Kinect is an example, but :
