Music To Code By Vol 4 - Blogging's influence on Music

I was trading emails with DJ Bolivia today and little did I notice that he released another great Music to Code By release, which will have a total of six releases. The new release is Vol 4 - "Partisan Scream Fest" (The Power of Blogs). What's the significance of the name, well DJ Bolivia writes:

In the last year or so, the ability of individual bloggers to influence and make themselves heard in mainstream media has increased exponentially. Is this a good thing? I think so. This mix is made in acknowledgement of that influence.

    Dan, thanks for the Shout Out.  Some of your blog viewers obviously like other types of music, but it's amazing how much positive feedback I get, and how much traffic comes from your Blog.  

    I just put another mix up, volume 5, entitled "Hunt The Wumpus."  Of course, nobody but the programmers will catch that reference, but that's ok.  I'm looking to have Volume 6 online in just a few weeks on March 24th, but then I'll be taking a break from new mixes for about half a year.

    That's fantastic news!  I kept checking his site for a while after reading your first post about him hoping that he would release some more mixes, but gave up.  My previous fav was Exception Handler (really gets going right from the start).  Good find!
