MGX - I salute you Steve!

I have been back for several weeks now from my trip to Orlando, where we had a big Microsoft conference with Microsoft employees from all over the world. It is quite a sight to see 10,000 Microsoft employees in one place, and even more interesting to see the English reserve in comparison to the Russian t-shirts (specially printed) and flags, the Korean flags, jumpers, bags, toys etc.

But the highlight has to be the very excited Steve Ballmer running out on stage to the tune 'Turn the Beat Around', giving high fives to anyone around. Yes, this is the event where Steve shouts "I love this company". I cannot tell you the enthusiasm, passion and excitement that this man has for the company and its employees. You would think he was 21 and starting out. His energy really does overwhelm you.....so same time next year!
