PROBLEM

Intermittent CPU Spike on SCOM Agents which lasts for few seconds to a maximum of 4 minutes sometimes.

CAUSE:

Outdated Windows Script Engine.

RESOLUTION:
==============
We installed the latest script engine, Windows Script Engine 5.7 from

And that fixed the issue.
