Today, at CTIA, Microsoft has announced some new updates on Windows Marketplace for Mobile.

The new updates include:

• Free application updates through Windows Marketplace for Mobile
• Partnership with Isaac Mizrahi and others to offer designer themes
• Marketplace Refunds
• Marketplace Carrier billing
• New application partners, including Facebook, MySpace, AccuWeather.com., Gameloft, Netflix, Pandora, and others
