Windows Server 2016
The next version of Windows Server will build on our leading operating system and application platform for enterprise applications like SQL Server and Exchange, and extend it to deliver a rich platform for modern applications. In the Third Technical Preview of Windows Server 2016 and System Center 2016, we release the first public preview of Windows Server Containers. We also introduce new features, including software-defined datacenter enhancements, to help customers build a solid foundation for modern applications and services. Highlights for this technical preview include expanded Nano Server functionality, simplified software-defined networking, extended security and enhanced management.
