Journal: IFIP WCC, Week of Inspiration, ACM, IP3, GIC

I’m on the road until October 2nd. Next week in New York at the ACM Practitioner Board meeting. I chair the ACM PDC (which includes the PCC and PDC-W). It’s the ACM PDC and PDC-W that advises on content for the live Webinars; the next one is on Recommender Systems on September 20th from the top experts. Have a look!

I’m then off to Amsterdam where I’m chairing Stream 3 Session 3 on ICT Capacity Building at the IFIP World Computer Congress. It’s a premier event and I encourage you to attend. If you are there, look me up to chat.

While in Amsterdam I’m also an invited industry chairman speaker at the “Week of Inspiration” conference for the Dutch Tax Office.

Finally in Amsterdam, I’ll be at the IFIP General Assembly meeting; participating in the IP3 AGM as Board Vice-Chair, and then meeting with Global Industry Council (GIC) Directors as GIC founding chair.

I’ll have more interviews from these events. The interviews take over 60 hours to produce each with six in the queue at any one time.
