The world is changing and how we deliver IT services and applications to our organizations is changing along with it, whether we like it or not! There are more demands and expectations of IT departments who are expected to be business enablers and partners. Empowered consumers have high expectations of technology in the workplace and many organizations are rethinking their corporate IT strategies.

That’s why the Microsoft Align IT program was created – to help you, the IT manager, stay on top of what matters in both business and technology. I hinted at the end of my post on Security and Privacy in the Cloud, that we were going to be going out on tour again and here now are all the details. We’ve made a couple of changes and added event specifically for the Development Manager as well as the Infrastructure Manager and are simulcasting the event in Vancouver so that anyone across Canada can join us and participate online. We’ll be monitoring the online Q&A and will incorporate online questions into our real-time sessions.
