Hello Folks, Someone submitted a comment saying they could not connect from Canada. The comment is not listed anymore because I deleted it while trying to reply to it. Sorry! Anyway, I used my wife's machine and through the www.mesh.com URL I was able to sign-up using a live ID that is configured to be from Canada. No problem, it let me in without any issues.
