Important reminder: 2 weeks until opt in for datacentre move closes

A really important reminder for all partners with customers here in Australia. Please ensure you check that your customers have requested to move your Office 365  service to the Australian datacentres, if your service was originally setup elsewhere. The deadline for requests is Monday 31st October 2016, and after that time you will have missed your chance for migration from overseas to Australia.

The request period has been open since August 1, 2016 and the process is available on the Office 365 Admin Center (detailed instructions here). Existing Office 365 customers will need to submit a request before the deadline October 31, 2016 in order to have the customer data of their participating Office 365 services moved to their new region.
