Solution: You receive an access denied error message when you try to start the APP-V client console

image You may receive an access denied error message when you start the Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.5 (APP-V) client console by using the local administrator account.  Additionally, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:

Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx33-00000005
