New Microsoft Licensing and Support for Virtualization
This isn't necessarily SoftGrid or App-V specific but since it's virtualization related I figured you would want to be aware of this, especially since it involves changes to our support policy. My own personal one line summary would be that if you're running one of the applications mentioned in KB957006 then you'll get the same level of product support in a virtualized environment that you would get in non-virtual environments, plus we've made licensing easier to accommodate these scenarios.
