I am amazed too about the eBay XBox 360 mania (as noted in my previous post). But I didn't thought that I've just barely scratched the surface here. How about a XBox face plate made from pure gold?

  This sure came out suspiciously fast... pure gold? Are we sure it's note merely plated gold?
  
  For that matter, are we sure it's not gold spray paint (ok that would be obvious once you touch it).
