how to adjust width of forms "items" in sharepoint with JSON?

Hello everyone,

I didn't find any way to adjust width of items in sharepoint formular, for example, on short answer items, I'm happy to have something narrow, but on a multiple line text item, I would like to have 100% width use.

it is possible without creating a custom form via power apps?

see under, "problème" item would be better if display on the whol width
