This issue is usually caused by the KVP Exchange service used for communication between the VM and hypervisor.
Please kindly follow below steps to do basic troubleshooting on the issuie:
1.Restart the Hyper-V VM host and see if issue still persists.
2.Press "Win+R" and enter "services.msc" to enter service manager.
Search for "KVP Exchange Service" and check if it's running correctly.
3.Clear KYP data: Stop the KVP Exchange Service, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Virtual Machine\Guest\KVP and clear the folder to empty any stored KVP information.Restart the KVP Exchange Service.
