Setting Basic Trace Session Options

You set basic trace session options while creating a trace session. The options appear on the Log Session Options page.

How to Set Basic Trace Session Options

Use this procedure to set basic trace session options while creating a trace session.

  1. On the File menu, click Create New Log Session.

  2. Click Add Provider and select a provider. Specify a TMF file or TMF file path, if necessary.

  3. To add additional providers, click Add Provider. Otherwise, click Next.

  4. On the Log Session Options page, set the basic trace session options.
