Support for dashboard or Windows Hardware Lab Kit (HLK)
There are two types of support issues in Windows developer support, dashboard issues, and HLK issues.
Support for dashboard
Go to Windows developer support.
In the Non-Technical Support-Dashboard section, select Ask Copilot.
Sign in with your Partner Center account.
Copy and paste the validation code into the Copilot chat field, as instructed.
Ask Copilot your question. If Copilot can't answer your question, it will provide a link to open a support ticket.
Support for HLK
Before contacting Windows developer support, see if you can find a solution to your issue in Troubleshooting Windows HLK. If you still can't find a solution to your issue, then contact Windows HLK support.
