Removes the ActivationSignalDetectionConfiguration identified by the ActivationSignalDetectionConfiguration.SignalId and ActivationSignalDetectionConfiguration.ModelId pair.
Important
To avoid possible concurrency issues, we recommend using RemoveConfigurationAsync instead.
