Get one item's job instance.

Required Delegated Scopes

For item APIs use these scope types:

• Generic scope: Item.ReadWrite.All or Item.Read.All
• Specific scope: itemType.ReadWrite.All or itemType.Read.All (for example: Notebook.ReadWrite.All)
