Retrieves whether a selection is collapsed or empty.

Property values
Type: VARIANT_BOOL
One of the following values:
VARIANT_FALSE (false)
The selection is not collapsed.
VARIANT_TRUE (true)
The selection is collapsed or empty.

Remarks
A collapsed selection has its start and end points set to the same value, which renders it empty.
