item method

Retrieves the playItem object at the specified index from the current playList collection.

Syntax

var retval = playList.item(varIndex);

Parameters

  • varIndex [in, optional]
    Type: VARIANT

    An Variant of type Integer or String that specifies the index or title of the object to retrieve from the collection. The first object in the collection is located at index position 0, and the last object in the collection is located at position length minus 1.

Return value

Type: ITIMEPlayItem

Receives the active playItem object in the playList collection.
