blur method

Causes the element to lose focus and fires the HTMLFrameSiteEvents::onblur event.

 

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.blur();

Parameters

This method has no parameters.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

This method shifts focus away from the element it is applied to but does not set focus on the next element in the tab order.
