Installing a VMM Management Server

This section describes how to install a VMM management server.

Before installing a VMM management server, ensure that the computer meets the minimum hardware requirements and that all prerequisite software is installed. For information about hardware and software requirements for VMM, see the following:

Before you begin the installation of the VMM management server, ensure that you have a computer with a supported version of Microsoft SQL Server installed and running.
