Index.DisallowRowLocks Property

Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether the index allows row locks.

Property Value

A Boolean value that specifies the whether the index allows row locks or not. If True, row locks are not allowed on the index. If False (default), row locks are allowed on the index.

Remarks

When this property is True, row locks are not used. Access to the specified index is obtained with page-level and table-level locks.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
