Property Value

A ConfigProperty object that specifies the settings for the affinity 64 mask configuration option.

Remarks

The Affinity64Mask property sets the affinity 64 mask configuration option. This property is used to increase performance on 64 bit, symmetric multiprocessor systems that are operating under heavy load. A specific thread can be associated with a specific processor. Microsoft SQL Server can be allocated specific processors and precluded from specific processors.

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
