Extracts a member from the UserDefinedMessageCollection collection using a system-defined, unique identifier and the specified language.

An Int32 value that specifies the ID value that uniquely identifies the user-defined message.

Remarks

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.
