Generator Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the Generator class with an Application and a name.

Parameters

  • application
    The Application for the generator. This parameter sets the Parent property.
  • name
    A String, between 1 and 255 characters in length, that specifies the name of the generator. This name is not used by Notification Services.

    You cannot rename the generator. Instead, you must remove it and add a new generator that has the new name.

Remarks

Each application has one generator.

The following examples show how to define a generator and add it to an application:
