How to: Start the Replication Monitor

In this topic, you will learn how to open Replication Monitor in both Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005.

To open Replication Monitor in SQL Server 2005

In Object Explorer, expand the server.
Right-click Replication and choose Monitor Replication.
In Replication Monitor, expand My Publishers, expand the Publisher, and then select the Publisher. The subscriptions are listed in the right pane.

In the console tree of Enterprise Manager, expand Microsoft SQL Servers, expand SQL Server Group, expand the computer that contains the Distributor for the publication, expand Replication Monitor, and then expand Agents.
In the left pane, click Merge Agents. The status of the Merge Agent, including subscription names, is displayed in the right pane.
To display more information about an entry listed in the right pane, double-click the entry.
