LastModifiedTime Element (ADF)
Specifies the time the application definition file (ADF) was last changed.

Remarks
If you are tracking application history, use the LastModifiedTime element to track when you last updated the application.
The format of the XML time data type is HH:MM:SS.sss with an optional time zone indicator. For more information about XML data types, see Primitive XML Data Types in the MSDN Library.
Example
The following example shows how to specify that the application was last updated at 8:00 AM.
<LastModifiedTime>08:00:00</LastModifiedTime>
