Determines whether the model is populated.

Property Value

true if the model is populated; false otherwise.

Remarks

If the model is not populated, the model will have a defined structure that has not been trained with data.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
